camo hydrographics
mote- I lost the brochure I had for the place and can't remember the name or number. But, I did just find a DIY dip kit at www.camodipkit.com for $99 for a 2x8ft roll of film and all of the things necessary to dip things, and the proccess looks very simple. I think I am just going to do it this way to save alot of money and I should be able to do alot more than just the pieces on the truck.
I had the dream of doing this to mine, but i didn't know how to get the wood grain pieces out of the door...if they come out. any idea? i have a place that will do the camo dip right across town. so, thats pretty much the only thing stopping me.
I've seen this guys' work in person many times, he hits up the swapmeets around texas

Always impressed w/ it. The cool thing is if you want it tinted a certain color or toned down they can make little changes to it. We're having the dash overlay in the chevelle done in green carbon fiber
If my truck didn't already have the harley graphics on the center I'd send it in and get the little flaming skulls. The trick is to send as much as you can at once because they charge by the batch.

I think I'll get it eventually, wheter I do it myself or send it off. I just recently found the brocure of the place I was thinking of and it is Duraout Inc. Their website is duracoatinc.com.
oops
Guess there's two in Columbus, GA. Now you can price em both!
I think that is pretty cool. I have been very much leaning into starting up a small little decal/vinyl business on the side. My goal was to look into the vinyl that peels off (big reason is because I want to cover up the tacky painted on camo thats on my 12g). I really want to do mine realtree or mossy oak along with getting steering wheel covers/seat covers etc. If you do actually get this done, let me know.. I am super interested!
