Body lift

I wanted to do a 3 inch body lift and then a 2 inch suspension lift on my 2000 F150. Just had a few questions.. Do body lifts create a gap in between the bumpers and body? and what would be the best way to do a torsion lift? by getting new bars or to just crank them or to get keys?

Or do you think that spindles would be a better way to go about things?

I would go with a spindle lift and maybe a coil spacer on top of that

What about a body lift? will that leave an ugly gap in between the bumpers and body? thats my main concern.

usually the bodylift will come with brackets to move your bumpers up so that there won't be a gap.

the body lift will come with brackets to move the bumpers of 3 inches as well. Also you may want to purchase the extra gap guards to cover up the visible gap when looking at the vehicle from the side, such as when looking at the rear wheel/fender gap from the side you can see the gap between the frame and the bed, but the gap guards cover this up in the front and rear.
