Pinstripe on a 2010

Hey all...

What is the conventional wisdom when pinstriping a 2010 SCREW? Do you make the stripe follow the body line on the front door (by the mirror)? or do you keep the line straight? I tried both in Photoshop and it's tough to know what it'll really look like. I don't see a lot of striping on these anymore. My old '03 Lariat had factory striping...

Just looking for a few opinions (and hopefully some pics of striped trucks...)

...Steve...

My dad does real pin-striping. It all depends, sometimes you go by body lines, sometimes you don't. Are you using paint or vinyl?

My truck has factory striping that follows the body lines. A friend of mine's has factory striping that goes straight. I prefer following the body lines. If you go straight and too big, you just gave it racing stripes.
