Bull bar lights, wire routing question

I ordered a bull bar for my 2010, F-150. Once it is installed, I want to mount some lights on the bull bar.

My question... How are the wires for the lights, routed back to the battery? (This is a wire routing question, not a connection question)? I saw one photo that had the wires running back through the grill?? It seems that the wires should run through the bar itself or tucked down and out of the way; not out flopping in the breeze... What is customary for routing the wires on bull bar mounted lights? Anyone have photos or wire routing advice?

if the wires are long enough run them along the bar and up through the back of the grille or something, zip ties to hide? you just gotta be creative

Well, step one completed... Bull Bar is installed.

I purchased a set of Warn driving lights to mount on the bar. I'll probably have to wait until the weekend to finish the job.

mine, and most ive seen run them down through the bumper like where the plate is. and of course wrap them in a wire loom to protect them and make them look professional if any one happens to get that close to your truck.

Well, I got my driving lights mounted. The lights have a wireless control that solved the "don't want to drill a hole in the dash" problem. The lights work great as does the wireless control.

Dem lights look small. Yes most just run back and cover with some black wire loom. Get it cheep at any auto parts store. It will make the install look way more professional, and help protect everything that much better.
