Need opinions on painted stock flares

I say go for it

That would look pretty good IMO, though it may make the chrome bumpers look odd, again IMO. I have never done this mod myself (no need to) but there are a lot of people here who have or have done this simply to bring back their faded flares and they used either Krylon fusion or Rustoleum. Do a search, there is plenty of info here on that subject. I wish I could leave you a link to some of the other threads on the site about this very subject, but being the dummy I am, I still haven't figured how.

What color did you paint your grill? I personally prefer a solid color truck so I would leave them the color they are now. If you're painting them a dark grey color then I think they would look pretty good, but like I said I prefer solid colors.
