Remove Grillcraft Emblem?

Has anyone ever removed a Grillcraft emblem from one of their powder-coated grilles? I'm looking to get a black mesh grille for my FX2, but I want to pull off the emblem, but it's not worth the trouble if it'll damage the grille.

I have a silver grillcraft, but it didn't damage the grille when I took it off. just be careful when you take it off.

What did you have to do? Is it just glued on?

On the back of the emblem, there are two hard plastic posts with a kind of nut that keeps the emblem on the grille, if I remember right. I just cut it off with a pair of box cutters. Not too difficult.
