Been looking around for overlays since Patriot decals stopped making them. Found this, hope it helps some people

Does anyone know if there is a size difference between the 2003 ovals and the new body style ovals? Specifically an 04

id like to know also before ford catches them!

 

i emailed the seller as to the measurements of the emblems for comparison. He also sells the 2010 ones so i thought theyd be closer. For the 2010 the front sticker is 8.2" x 3.2" and the rear sticker is 6.3" x 2.4". I measured the ovals on my 04 fx4 and it appears that the 8.2 x 3.2 is extremely close if not exact to the front and rear ovals on mine. I asked if it was possible to get two of that size and am waiting for a response...

finally received a response to my questions from the seller. If you include a message with your payment of what size along with what color you want he said it can be done. I just placed an order for matte black ones both being the 8.2x3.2" sized emblems. Hopefully these turn out before ford finds them! Here's the link to the exact emblems i ordered
