Headlight painting
I removed my headlights to paint the black.
And holy hell you deserve a bonze star if you can actually get them lenses off without breaking a sweat.
damn those things are a pain in the ****
Thought I would share.
Pics to come appon completion
Edit: There done after a nice chunk taken out of my finger from the slip of the pry screwdriver. Look a million times better and took a few hours to complete take 30 minutes off the time (time included to bandage cut finger) and you got yourself a nice looking set of lights.
takes some working to get the lenses to seperate so be patient you may have to re heat them a few times until you can get all of it seperated because they cool off quick.

why would you use a torch on your headlights
Im gonna look into those bulbs.
And thanks guys. Yea it was definitely worth the pain haha. They look great and really make the truck stand out around here when NO ONE modifies their new body style F150's
I was also going to do the fogs but they wouldnt reflect light very good anymore. I think I would have to swap some HID bulbs in them to make them decently bright after that

You baked the heads before prying them apart right?
I wasn't a fan of the silverstars because of the blue tint, you can find chrome turn signal bulbs that still light up amber on Ebay.
Here's the Silverstars:
