I'm pretty sure only saleen would sell them. So my guess would be from saleen themselves, but its going to cost you an arm and a leg.

I was checking ebay diligently and finally gave up a while back. I don't think I want one now though.

Ha! Good luck, I've been looking for one since '07. I've emailed Saleen a couple times, and from what I was told, they don't have any and they aren't planing on making anymore. (Although, they may a small reserve if you bought a S331 and need a replacement. But I think that you have to prove it's a real Saleen).
