This is what I did And the grille was made to fit right inside the holes from the license plate bracket

QUOTE=BRY14661;4215140]Some shots of the front of the truck. I guess i like the idea of the entire braket coming off but i dont like the big hole it leaves. any ideas for a similar grill to put in place of it?

Um well I saw there was a Line-x place across from Brandon ford. Thats the only one i saw around there. I think there is still a vanity plate kiosk in brandon mall as well. But if not in the mall I am sure there are some around or at other malls.

I've had a non-state issued vanity plate (Simply the Best) through two Rangers and an Issuzu Rodeo but, since AZ doesn't require front license plates most new vehicles don't have a front plate mount, I never had a place to mount it. My used '08 F150 (had less than 7400 miles when I bought it) has a plate holder so that is where that plate now resides. I've since bought a plate that says "Retired, no job, no worries, no money" (or something like that) but haven't gotten around to putting it on. I'm thinking of getting State vanity plates since those include a front plate in which case I'll shoot for one with the name of my little (?) truck. A friend of mine did that with her Liberty.

Btw, I love the plate that says "HIOFFICER." Hopefully, the gendarmes have a sense of humor.

Haha. Well it depends on their moods. The cops I already know loved and thought it was very humorous. But other cops when my truck was parked would always give me a parking ticket and not others. Only thing they can really get me for now-a-days because i don't ride dirty anymore.

Have drove through a police barracade and saw them all die out laughing as I drove though. That gave me a chuckle.

I'm in Texas, and I don't run a front plate I think it looks a lot cleaner IMO. Haven't been pulled over for it yet going on 3 yrs.
