Does anyone have the westin sportsman brush bar. I just bought one from a friend and it didnt have the brackets and westin said they discontinued them. So is anyone able to get me some pics of the mounting brackets with some sizes?

 

The brackets will be different depending on what year the truck is. You should give some more info about the truck.

 

It's funny you post this. I bought a sportman grill for my 03 f150 from a friend yesterday with no brackets. I was just looking if I can find some anywhere or get some pictures of them so that I can make some. If anyone has pictures and measurements of them, that would be greatly appreciated

 

Sorry bout that. The truck is a 99 F150 4x4 without a body lift and has the tow hooks.

 

my boss just bought a deezee brush guard for his '05 ram and they don't make brackets for his "sport" edition. together we made some and it took ALONG time and A LOT of adjustments....it turned out really nice, we have dinking around with them for the last 3 weeks, i will post up some picks once he has it on the truck...we are real close. even though it was a dodge is was fun to custom make the brackets and he'll most likely have the only sport with one on which is truly custom!

 

Been there done that. Alothough mine was just for light mount tabs. I was on the phone with westin/other stores for honestly 4+ hours. Call Westin and talk with Dave, he helped me alot. They do have them and it will show discountinued, but westin really does still have them, but its a pain to order a discountined item through a rep.
