Actually i found the answer to part of my question and yours.

"I ordered the front and back overlays when I measured from edge to edge it was 9X3. I also ordered an overlay for the steering wheel emblem 2 1/4X7x8.

I just sent them an e-mail asking how long it takes or production and shipment."

I used the same site about two months ago, the way they handle business is very unprofessional they took 3 weeks to send my emblems and never returned any of my emails. When I finally did get my emblems the one for the tailgate was not the size I had ordered, however the quality of their work is good.

It seems the bad thing is they are the last one left still doing the emblems.

I'd suggest if you want overlays now would be the time to get them. With the attention being paid to them here, how long can it be before Ford cracks down on them too? If anyone gets the side rally stripes I'd' like to see them. I got my stripes done at a local vinyl shop and they can do the side stripes too - just thinking this site might be cheaper - curious about their quality and ease of install.

For some reason the steering wheel emblem size just isn't clicking..... is it just 4X7.8 or what?
