Chome door overlays

I found some NEW Putco Screw chrome handles listed for $50. Is that a good deal for them? Just wondering what others have paid?

Thanks

is it just the handle part covers or the handles and the surrond bucket thing covers? you can get just the handles for less than $50 but the complete thing is more around $100

Or you could get these for 40 shipped. These are the ones people are buying for cheap, and PTMing.

yeah i believe that will work fine, the only real difference is that those cheaper handles are plastic and the putco ones are aluminum. or at least the ones that came on my truck were and i thought putco made them.

so do the putco aluminum handles have a "chrome" finish or are they "brushed"? I agree and would rather go with an aluminum over some plastic....in the long run I just don't want to take my doors apart, I did it on my 07 and I remember the driver keypad just being a pita....

You don't take your doors apart. They are covers. You stick them on with double sided tape.

1. Clean door handle/bucket.
2. Peel backing to tape.
3. Stick on.
4. Done.

the ones i had where chrome finish and like ^ he said these are just covers that stick on the black plastic, or painted plastic in your case. you can buy actual aluminum handles but they are pretty expensive and you have to take your door apart to install them.
