I am trying to remove and replace the trim on my tailgate and have removed the six screws. However, there are two clips on each in that I am having trouble seeing. I can't tell if they are screws or what. Does anyone know how they are removed?

 

I think there are two 11mm closed nuts on each end of the panel.
