Talked to Iron Cross. They said that if you raise the bumper up 3" it will hit the frame. You would have to cut the bottom of the bumper on each side to make it work. They have no immediate plans to build bumpers for a body lift but maybe later later on down the line.

When you body lift a truck almost 3" or so of the frame horns are removed, so the frame is now almost even with the mounting brackets. I don't know if everyone knows that fact or not, but maybe they didn't know and it would change the verdict.
