Well, I shopped around for a bit. Most people said sandblasting would be 80 a piece, then about 100 for the bumpers. I found a local guy who does it at his work for cheaper, and got them both done for 250, plus 30 for my billet grille.

That pretty sweet! I could sand blast mine myself, and I would need only the front bumper done which would be a 2003 bumper. I wouldn't think that would cost much at all.

Do it man, you'll be glad you did in the end. People have painted their bumpers, but Powdercoat is much stronger! I should get mine back early next week, I'll post pics when they're on.

gah i just read through this whole thread thinking EVENTUALLY i would get to see the finished product. but now im just looking more forward to it lol

:o I am sorry man! I have tried very hard to follow through and deliver, but something aren't in my hand ya know? I dont know what to do, and then things happen like the wrong steps being sent and what not.. oh well.

ha i definitely understand that. just somethin to look forward to lol. idk why, but i even get excited seeing other people doing stuff to their own trucks. probably cause i never have any money to do stuff for mine so i have to make due watching others

brad find a cheap used grille guard thatll fit a 99-03 bumper and you can get this
