That's what I was gonna ask? Jake If I wanna have the most light put out in front of me what would be the best kind of lights to get? For Example: I go out to my cousin's place a good bit and we go out in the fields at night to count deer, and drive out to the bonfire spot. So If I want something to shoot down and get some long distance and a lot of general light elsewhere what's my best bet?

Gamma:

I think the prerunner would look sick on yours I am planning on doing the other lightbar on mine b/c I am going for more of a "clean offroad look" if that makes any sense. How many lights will go on the pre-runner one, 4?

Carolinaboy- your gonna want Free form light for the long distance stuff as they will spread the light out alot and id say unless you do HID lights then id go 100-150w on them. my old set was 3 6" kc's with 150w bulbs and they turned night into day at the ranch like you said. since the bar you want has 4 lights on it you can do 2 long range and 2 driving. i have 2 55w hella driving lights and 1 ff. the driving ones have a different beam pattern and limit the high and low parts of the light to reduce glare that way i can use them on the road. (check out tuff4rd's truck to see what i mean hes got a sweet setup)

and the prerunner light bar also only has 3 lights compared to 4 like the non prerunner

The angles are off to much for me to chop that. I'm not very good at it, let me tell strike and see what he can do. He seems to be way better at that stuff than me.

I called Nfab the other day inquiring about the prerunner light bar. They told me in to call back in about 30-45 days cause they are producing a prerunner style full replacement bumper for 04+ trucks. So I' thinking about holding out until then to see how much it will cost. The estimated it to be at 400-500 dollars.
