Yeah man I completely forgot about the fogs. They are the the worst location possible. They get dirty as quick as the truck does...and wet all the time. Tires sling crap (and water) on them constantly and I always just take a pressure washer to them. No problems.

Possessed so you haven't installed yours yet? FYI 55W fogs would be fine. From what I've heard they still run cooler than stock bulbs.

FYI you just got a bad kit. I've hosed my engine down numerous times and have had absolutely no problems. As far as the new kit being more reliable....that's subjective. Mine have worked flawlessly from day 1.
I agree...cant say they didnt work good...their great they light up nice and everything...maybe it wasnt even water maybe the control unit was defective and overheatin I will never know...I rather change for something else then have same problems again...

We will see how these will go...

They have always worked flawlessly since I got them around two months ago and I would definately get the raptors again. Nothing against the slims just the raptors are cheaper and if you mount them how I did it doesn't matter how big they are.
I think the slim line might be the problem cause my DDM fog HID ballasts one of them went and they are mounted under on bottom

New HID kit installed from HID CANADA...nice white color and light up more and better the street ahead then the ddtuning I had before now just see how long this brand lasts.

Also with the kit you do not need to purchase a Error Code Eliminator/Flickering like other kits need....this one has a CanBus integrated in the system..thumbs up for that!!!

Here are some pictures taken with iPhone
