i think i paid about 70 bucks for all 3 emblems from ford new but if you do get that off ebay or somewhere used all you hafta do is cut the allignment pins off and use 3m double sided tape just make sure you get the grey or clear tape with the red backing thats the best stuff ive ever used for that application deffintly a nice look though ... you can also get custom text just make sure when you order them tell them you want a black backround b/c they might give you chrome back round

 

i was looking on ebay and i didnt see anyone with he set of 3 and if you buy from 2 sellers by the time you ship them you might be better of going to a dealer and see what you can get them for there or lmc heres a link for them

or you can hit up a salvage yard and take em off trucks there. I think im guna do that.

Thanks anyways blackedout! Yeah, I think I'm going with the ebay and buy 3m adhesive tape. As for the inlays, I already bought the F-150 inlays, I picked red text. As for the ford emblems, I haven't ordered those yet. But for the inlays, I thought it was just the text just peeled off and placed inside the emblems? Salvage Yard, I'm afraid I'll get ripped off since living near a military post, us military personnel get scammed for everything.

did you get custom text or just the f150? since i painted my badges black i had them make the custom text on a black background instead of chrome or you can just get the red inlays for the stock text i think

 

well salvage yards r usually prety cheap/ especially on emblems im sure.

 

problem is thats something youll have to pull yourself. not fun task in the middle of a yard and no heat gun

 

id just take a heat gun and borrow an extension cord. the slavage yard i go to alot has a garage right next to all the ford trucks so it should be no prob. they prolly should know me by name now anyway

I got the one that you just choose what F series, and what color text, with custom text (ie: 5.4 Triton).

 

should look good i love mine deffinitly better than the factory emblems for our years
