spray painting my headlights black-doing it right?

so i just got my black 20" boss 330's on, my badges are painted black and my tail lights are blacked out and im going to spray the inside of my headlights black....

correct me if i am wrong on the steps before i do this:

1) take off headlights (obviously)
2) preheat oven to ~250 deg. F
3) cook for 7-10mins
4) pull apart with something plastic (to avoid deforming hot headlights)

this is where i need help

5) tape of what will not be painted
6) sand down all the chrome on the headlights, OR lightly sand and spray black over the chrome?

7) do i need to clear coat?
8) use sealant to reglue lights, put back on truck

HOW DOES THAT LOOK?

definitely use good silicone to seal them up so you don't get water or condensation in them
