Wowza! My new headrests!
To answer the above question.
They generally run either 60 or 80 dollars plus what ever shipping you desire. If its a design we did before and have the pattern its 60.00..30 a side.If its new work then its 80...unless its really intricate or has a lot of digitizing in it.The digitizing and designing takes the most time..and then we sew out a few samples and e-mail you pics to make sure it meets your approval.Samples are sew on the same type of material to assure it lays right.
Were doing one now for a mustang thats 100.00..but it has a lot going on..Its a show car and he gave us all winter to do it.some things like sewing on leather cant be rushed.
Shipping is whatever it cost you to send it to us..I make nothing on shipping. You can also remove the skins yourself to make the shipping even lighter and easier..or send us the whole headrest and I'll take them off and put them back on..its up to the customer

As far as the Harley logo..Yes we can..I'll send you a PM after supper with more info and a few questions..
As far as the neoprene goes..Lori say's that neoprene has no grain or weave and an embroidered pattern may pull out when the material is stretched. She suggests making a patch and either sewing it on or what I've done on my leather tool kit on the frontt forks of my bike is to gorilla glue them on.We've also used gorilla glue on leather biker vests that have pockets and sewing would sew the pocket shut.I haven't seen one come off yet.I made a patch thats been on my tool kit now for the past 5 yrs..and its still on as good as the day I put it on.But to answer your original question..no we cant embroider directly onto that type of stretchy material since the needle would weaken the material too much on a full embriodered pattern..simple stitching to attach it should be fine.

i'm impressed. usually you see some really stupid or cheesy things embroidered on headrests. those look as though they could have come from the factory that way. great job to both of you.
Dont have a FX4 made up but I dont see it as a problem if thats all you needed..a simple FX4 in the color of your choice..piece of cake.
As far as getting the skins off.Its not rocket science but it can be trying. If your lucky the inner foam still has the plastic bag over it.If so you can use a vacuum cleaner to compress the foam.If not you have to take your time and wrestle it off little by little.

Hmm..not the type of material I was thinking of...To be honest I'v never seen or heard of Wet Okole's until now. When it was said they were neoprene I was thinking more like a wet suit..more rubbery. Those look like my mechanics gloves..almost what I would call a type of spandex or thinsulate,in which case its not a problem since its a weave and not a rubber like I was thinking.Lori did the seat covers on my kids eclipse which I think is the same material your talking about..this was her design...
