Lowest profile roll pan

I need to fit my '03 Screw into my garage and it's three inches too long so I'm thinking of replacing the rear bumper with a roll pan. Does anyone with a super crew who has a roll pan, know how much shorter this made it. I know there are several different kinds out there (and I have the Street Scene Gen 2 front valence cover already) but I just need something really low profile preferably inline with the tailgate.

By the way, I have the factory hitch and need to tow. Will this hitch work or are there options available that fit behind the licence plate that still accommodate the spare tire, etc.

This maybe a little late, but try Fbi or fender bender international in Sacremento, Ca. They have a nice steel rollpan for ford trucks. You may have to google the name though to get their website.
