I was just cruising the 'net one night, using Google to find 99 F-150 headlights, and I came across latemodelrestoration.com, and they had the heads and corners on sale for $150, and the fogs for $99. With the CDN dollar close to par it was a good deal. It is hard to find many online vendors based in Canada who stock much, so I ordered 'em up. To my surprise, they were backordered for about a week. I think they were maybe on sale because I had to modify the bulb holder in both corner lights. The twist-tight threads in the corner lights were molded in such a way that the plug for the bulb holder would only point in such a way that the light wouldn't fit fully back into it's spot. I just trimmed the tabs on the bulb holder and was able to twist it to a better position for the plug to sit.
As for the HID's, I ordered 6000k 55w for the heads, and 6000k 35w for the fogs from ddmtuning.com. But I did not order the battery relay kit, I found out later, that I may need it. So I called ddmtuning.com, and they said I should not need it, so I guess we'll see.....

Funny. I actually work for LRS. My manager just put a set on his '03. I'll have to ask him if he had to do that trimming on his.

Not trying to steal the thread, your truck looks great! Just did the very same thing to mine, and have been thinking about painting the lower valence black. I had the bumpers coated in spray on liner, and was wondering what kind of paint I should use on the front valence??? What kind of prep is involved in painting the valence?? Thanks

You should be able to use some duplicolor adhesion promoter and krylon fusion satin black and be good to go no real prep involved. You can sand it down but if you do you'll have to get it completely smooth.

Cool, can you pick that up at any auto store like pep-boys or autozone?? I will have to take a look into that, and then pull the valence off AGAIN and paint it black. thanks!
