I hate rain. Its okay every now and then, but it seems that it always rains RIGHT after I wash the truck.

Thats waaay more then we will ever get down here. I think it snowed a bit back in the 80's, but not since then. Never had to plug the truck in. Actually my truck starts at warm operating temperature during the "cold" days anyways (not literally but you get the idea)

Down here... when there is a possibility that there MIGHT be some ice.. EVERYTHING shuts down. People from the north laugh because there are wrecks everywhere when there is even the slightest bit of ice. Hell, people down here act like they dont even know what rain is. When it rains people like to drive 45 down the highway with hazard lights on, and get in the way of people like me driving 70.

Are you guys serious??? Try having about an average of 4 feet of snow on the ground with every car on every street plugged in, everybody drives around in 4 wheels drive and snowplows are everywhere. I am not even at the tip of the iceberg yet. Up at my Grandparents place in Manitoba there is about six feet of snow.
