05 headlights

I want to remove the orange reflector out of my dads headlight..if i put some stealth bulbs in will this fix it..or do i have to actually tear the headlights apart and remove it..if so could someone post a link to a how-to

you have to bake them in the oven, take the lens apart and remove the reflector with tweesers is the easiest.

just do a search, should be able to find it. You can even look at the 04-08 threads with "how to paint headlights" and it should work for you.

I've heard of just breaking the reflector apart with pliers, then just vacuuming the remains. Sure would be easier than baking them apart.

^ive heard of people doing that too

but you might as well bake them apart to remove it and paint them while youre at it!
