Blacked out tailights? Which one?

Blacked out tailights? Which one?

Im wanting to put some smoked tail lights on my 05 fx4 thats blacked out but cant decide.


Anyone have pics of their tail lights that have the reverse light clear?

With your black truck the top version is my choice, but be sure to do something with your front headlights...

i would go with #1 because i like the facti can still see good when im in reverse at night..but that depends how much you want to show they both look great

I ordered number 1 guys. Thanks. And my heads are painted black also. Being able to see at night backing up wasn't a big concern because i cant see any ways with 5% tint over factory and 35% windshield. Thats what sensors are for.

check my gallery...I have LED lights so slightly different but the tail light area is tinted with 4 coats (or 5 cant remember) and then backup lamp area has 2 light coats.

Did these myself taping off the back-up portion of the light, 2 coats Nightshades. May go a little darker,not sure.
