It's one of those mods you'd have to go through with to see whether or not it would look good. Ultimately it is your call and your truck. Nice truck, btw.

 

ur truck is so clean...i think it could look good...but u have to lose the rain guards. if not, it's gonna look like you had a field day at autozone

I like the tailgate spoilers on some trucks if they are sported out, dropped with tonneau covers. I do agree that most dont and if you have a hard cover, dont bolt a fricking wing to the top of it.

for your truck it would look alright.... BUT, i would say no

 

When I first saw this post I wanted to puke. So i clicked on it curious like driving by a wreck knowing you might see something you won't be able to get out of you mind. I thought oh no not a wing on a F150!! I can't believe I'm going to say this because I have hated every wing I have ever seen on any truck but I think you can pull it off. When I saw your truck I thought a sporty truck like yours can pull off that subtle spoiler. If you like it that is all that matters anyway regardless of what people here might say.
