Looks good although I like the stock light on mine because mines white =)

Think your truck would look sick with tinted tails..

Hey se7en, I hear you... I think a white truck is the only one that light would look best with.

About smoked tails, yea'..... I kind of agree... but I don't want just the "solid" dark smoked look {not only from a looks standpoint, but from the lagality standpoint, too}. I'd like the red portions to be a little darker, and the clear portions to be lightly smoked (like my 3rd brake light). I'm still thinking about the HD's.... but they are so close to the same as my stock ones, I'm not sure if it would be worth the $130 or so....

Peace,
Fish

I got lucky, I was able to get my HD for $75 off of another forum member. I'd keep my eye out Fish and maybe check the junkyards for a HD that got hit in the front end. I do think they would look really good with your color. Maybe you could lightly nightshade yours?

Looks good. Goes well with your stock tail lights.

I can say this, I hate the design of the 3rd brake lights on the 04-08 trucks. I had the stock one break during a hailstorm, hail punched right through the top of the light, creating a water leak all over the back seat, and the seal design with only 2 screws on the ends make them have a tendency to bow in the middle and leak.

Notice on the 09 F150's they completely changed the design.

2 things, #1 your truck is still clean, insanely well put together and it makes me want a F150 again.

#2 Where is that shoreline? beautiful pictures.

Much thanks Strike

That shot was taken at Bodega Bay CA. Only about 70 miles from my house. It is really a beautiful place. I drive over there several times a year, for photography, and also, just for the drive itself.

BTW, I felt kind of funny taking photos of the truck there, as I knew people were thinking > "Look at that idiot ! He comes to a beautful place like this, then takes pictures of his own truck" ! LOL

What they don't know, is that I have driven there many times in the past, in old beaters that I would not ever place in front of a camera, purely for the sake of photography
Here's a bunch of my Bodega shots if you (or anyone) is interested.
