Went had the windows on the truck tinted today.. 25% on the fronts and limo on the rear.. Still gotta go back to get the front strip done.. I have a rock chip in the windsheild, gotta see if they can fix it or if its going to need to be replaced.



Looking for suggestions on the front strip. My thought is to have a piece of mirror tint cut to shape and put behind the "F-150" logo on the windsheild then do the limo sun strip.. this way the "f150" will show up. not sure if i'm going to do this or not..

What are your opinions?

 

I would say stay away from the mirror tint... IMO makes vehicles look bad.. I have 35% on my front windshield and you can still see the F150

 

I gotta have limo on the sun strip =) Prolly just leave the mirror out of it.

 

yeah that would work a lot better... or go with the 35% on windshield... i love it

Go limo on the front 2 and limo on the windshield strip.

 

I would but dont want the ticket lol my first car was 5% all the way around. and my last truck was 7% over factory tint in the rear and 20% in the front.

And sorry it is 20% on my front sides now not 25% as i posted earlier.

 

I got 8% on back and rear, 5% on front and 35% on windshield... I even had a cop riding along with me yesterday and he never said a word about it...
