Thanks for the props all. I was looking at a limited today, and I was thinking if I took a roush, and removed every other bar, and smoothed the vertical bars, it would look darn close. but that means either it would have just one bar on the center of the 06-08's or a bar at the top and one at the bottom..... same with the 04-05 the 5 bar desigh would have only 3 spaced apart.

 

to me its confusing cuz theres different designs.. i know for sure you cant fit that many bars of any design in that small space..

 

AntzFreshWhip, I think Bigs125 is right...billet grilles are about all you're going to find...and why, I don't know. Ford puts these huge holes down there on these trucks, and surely they know we want to fill them up. Check autoanything.com or streetsideauto.com. I had a lower bumper billet grille in my '04, and now just put one on this '09. It looks pretty good in the '09, as they really have huge holes down there. And, I just thought the plain black looked better than anything else...at least until they make something that will match the OEM grille. And, I definitely thinks this looks better than the hole.
