97-03 f150 with 03' expedition front-end conversion

Sorry but new here guys, just bought a 2002 Crewcab 4x4 with 5.4 ...anyways to the point now.

Wife seen how catch 22 (f150 with a 03 Expedition front end swap done) and liked it and is wondering about doing it ....considering she hates navi swaps this might be a good option.

Considering this is her daily I dont wanna go crazy with it other than lift and rims and maybe a fromnt end swap. Main thing I wanna know since not all to familiar with fords is ..... other than obvious bolt on work, how close are the 03 exp. front end to the f150? Also anyone seen it done anywhere else other than Catch 22?

I dont wanna go nuts with some outlandish build since it a daily but at the same time ...metal work is nothing new to me since I used to work at a chevy dealership as paint n body man and also worked for a rod shop for a while as well

For those not familiar with catch 22 here is a pic for ya to see the front end swap.

Thanks in advance guys

you will need pretty much everything cab forward from a donor truck, and then custom work to have the expy fenders to match the F150 body lines on the cab

youll prolly have to make a lot of custom tabs and whatever to hold it all on...but Id like to see it done, pretty impressive lookin IMO.

Its all direct bolt on. you need all the sheet metal, bumper, bumper brackets, and the header panel.
