Last week I sent FOMOCO $220.00 via PayPal for the upper ROUSH grill and a lower Roush look-alike made by FOMOCO for $220.00........including the FORD LOGO emblem bracket.

I'm awaiting delivery but I think he injured himself playing softball.........

Yeah, I tore part of my left calf muscle playing softball. I'm in work getting some friends move stuff in my garage so I can sit in there on a chair and work on the grilles. I made enough room to walk around when I cleaned it out the other day while I was on leave making it more work friendly, then it started to rain so the last bit of stuff got tossed in there, now I have to get more room to set up a table and a chair cause I usually just stand and make the grilles now it's a bit more difficult... they said that there is a chance of a blood clot so to keep a look out at my toes to make sure things are good to go through out the day and 14 days light duty with no prolonged standing... I'm an instructor too so that sucks for work...I have to sit at a desk with my foot proped up.

dont get me wrong, those grills look great.. but i think 500$ for a set is loco considering that theres ways to make a good looking grill yourself or buying a awesome grill for half the price. u gotta admire the work that goes into that though

 

The lower's are $90 I think

 

Thats 220.00 total not seperate the lowers he makes are only 90.00 and Im almost positive that price is for the set

ohhh snap, thats a great deal then. and FOMOCO, just know i wasnt trying to put down your work, your craftsmanship is freakin top notch! especially for 2 bills! thats what i felt a good grill should cost around.

does anyone know if he makes a black ones for more or less cost???

where did you get the lower grill insert? i only see the main one on the roush site

FOMOCO makes the LOWERS from an original ROUSH GRILL.....
so evrything is PERFECT!

 

thats good business ethic right there! i love the grill. so u only offer the chrome/polished pieces, or do u do black as well?

 

The Roush only comes in the chrome, but the top rear edge is painted black already and there are several on this and other forums that have scuffed them and painted them black after using some adheasion promoter.....I'd do that if you wanted it another color.....I would reccoment to that after you paint it....clear it so that the paint dosen't chip off, the clear will take most of the abuse from rocks, bugs ect... not the paint job.
