That is strange, is the tenth position of your VIN a '1' or a 'Y'?
I ask because in 2000 paint code SU = 'Amazon Green Metallic Clearcoat'
but it doesn't come up for the 2001 model year.

Well, that's an '01, the 'E' indicates it's a late build '01 so, it's not like they had any paint left over from 2000. 
Anyway, at least you know it's 'Amazon Green Metallic Clearcoat'.
