NO, unless you make some kind of special mod that I havnt seen or somthing new is out that I havnt seen.
nope, the hooks are removed when you bolt up the bull bar. It uses the pre-drilled holes in the frame to mount to the truck, coincidentally these are the same holes that the tow hooks mount to...
Its either one or the other unless you make a bracket etc for the tow hooks to mount off of or the bull bar.
