Stuff slinging on paint

Ive got a lowered f150, 2755520 tires and im kinda getting tired of stuff slinging all down the side of my truck every time it rains. The tires come just outside the factory flairs.

Anyone know of something decent to solve this problem?
Mudflaps? They would kinda hurt the look of my truck, id kinda like some kind of sideskirt that would flow nicely with the fx2 front lip i added.

Here is an older pic before the tonneau cover and fx2 lip.

Bushwacker Extend-a-fenders are slightly wider than OE style, but still look like OE. Also easy to have them match painted.
