The hood looks awesome. I'm thinking of doing the same for mine. If you don't mind me asking; where did you get it at and how much? Also did it require any modification, or did it just fit right on?

Looks pretty good. I was just thinking about those fenders this morning. I'd like a functional ram air hood, myself.

$610 shipped off e bay but they very in price. As for fitment it went right on its basically a factory hood.

GCW,
I think the logo will go away but patroit decals did my ford overlay its awesome. As for the fender I dont have it, Sorry dude.

Cheese,
Thank's. I normally special order my jeans.

I agree I really like ramair hoods thats normaly what I put on my cars/trucks, but the price and the fact this one is aluminium instead of fiberglass was huge and its different than what I normally do. The fenders came out nice BUT it took a lot of work to get them that way the guys at Tucker autobody in EL Centro CA did an awesome job getting them squared away.

Is the saleen hood an actual functioning hood or is it there just for looks? I like the hood and nice job on going getting the vents installed.

Love the hood and fenders....not crazy about the grille and vent things in the bed.

Is there actually a hole in the hood and if so is there some kind of ducting under the hood to direct water away from the top of the motor when it rains?

Very nice custom work...

Not a fan of the grille but everything else is great! Tint your fogs and those OEM wheels are starting to look a little out of place with all the other mods.

Truckncrew, Jimmyv,
The hood is functional there is a small cowl to it and its channeled to extract heat from the vent as the air goes over it. As for water the way the vent and channels are set up I dont see it being an issue. I personally dig the bed vents, and have only seen them on a couple magizine trucks and never in person maybe there is a reason for that but I really like them and they add a little to the back of the truck.

AB46501,
I agree I just cant find wheels I want I really like the rockstars BUT a lot of people have them so Im still looking. I am insanely picky AND chrome isent me so that makes it tough. Im looking at something for the fogs just dont know what yet. I thought about tint but that would tint the whole light and not match the headlights so Im thinking about painting them but hear the fogs suck to paint I guess the chrome comes off really easy so well see. Everything I do is for a reason not just to do it. so I gotta make sure its right, Like the grill every one on here hates but it goes with all the other vents on the truck a roush or saleen wouldent I think in person they might get it maybe not but thats cool too. I just started this truck about 3 weeks ago so well see what happens.

Hawaiian Boy,
SHAKA!.

Yeah I kinda understand the no tint thing. The rectangle fogs like we have just are hard to deal with and tint isn't an exact match either. Which is one of the reasons I have never blacked my headlights. Someone on here painted just the top and bottom of the fogs, left the sides chrome and it looked real good! I can't remember who it was but I know there was a post on it?

I like the hood and the fender vents, but I will pass on the grille and bed vents. I have the FX4 Luxury package which included a DSG painted grille and front lights. I went with black out badges and Patriot overlays to cover up the Blue Oval.

I had a hard time deciding on my wheels, as well. I looked around for several months and finally went with the Rockstars, which were the ones I liked from the beginning. It does not bother me that others have them because they do not have all the other modifications I have, so my truck is still different. With your new hood, vents and grille, your truck with be very unique.

Good luck with your decision. You will be amazed at hom much better your truck looks with new wheels and tires. They are well worth the money!!!
