I washed my truck yesterday and I would have to say that these covers do indeed cut down on the dust. They where considerably cleaner than what I have become accustom to.

Just wanted to update.

I like the look of painted calipers and unfortunately those covers just aren't doing it for me. They need to have more contours to them and not be flat and straight. I will be painting mine today for $30. Hopefully they turn out well but I couldn't see paying close to 200 for those.

Maybe, but think of it like this... you'll prolly buy one set and that's it. A splurge here and there is ok I'm going to paint mine for now, but I will get these eventaully.

Thanks! They're fine, no issues, and they indeed keep the dust down. I have people asking me all the time about what type of brakes I have

that is what i don't like about them. these are the type of product (mainly the red color) that when i see it, and actually look and see it is a cover, that i walk away and roll my eyes thinking "why is this guy trying to play this stuff off for a big brake kit or upgraded calipers" i know your not doing that but i bet a lot of the people that ask are thinking that but are not going to disrespect you to your face by saying it. glad you like them though cause 2 bills is a lot to pay for something you don't like.

You don't know why? Seriously? I'm thinking you do but maybe your just trying to trump me or something, IDK, maybe not. I do know this though, love is blind and that's a good thing

Maybe that wasn't the best analogy I used but I'm sure you know what I'm trying to say, at least I hope so.
