As a few might know, I busted up my front bumper. So I ebayed a new one and was going to get it colormatch powdercoat to my Dark Torador Red metalic. The guy swore for 2 weeks that he could match it. Get over there and he cant. A week later he calls me back and tells me that not only that he cant match it but noone he can get powdercoating can without me paying for a company to make me a special powdercoat for an extra 100$ and 2 more weeks. I dont wanna wait that long having my truck down with the bumpers off of it, but he can do black bumpers.

Any opinions of I should go ahead and let him do it black, leave em chrome, or hold out and try to find someone else that can do it. Could anyone photoshop that and gimmie a preview of what it would look like black?

I personally think that it would be worth paying the extra $100 and waiting the two weeks. I know that in the past when I have really wanted something but it was going to cost more then I was quoted earlier and ended up settling for what I did not want. I will say that I had regrets of mods I have not done several times but in the end when I get what I really wanted I am very happy and am not thinking "what if?".



Plus if you can get it done then there is still hope for me to get mine done in the future.
