Does anyone know where you can get these for under 150 bucks? Only prices I can find are in the high 300's yet some members were able to find them on Ebay for around $60?

Also if I take off the FX4 factory flares the EGR ones will cover the holes correct?

 

I have never seen anyone get flares for that low of a price. There are some on ebay for around $150 but they are almost identical to your current flares. The EGR are not that much different either. None of the aftermarket flares, that I am aware of, use the holes that your factory flares do. They use 3m tape instead to mount to the outside of the fender.
