Can Anyone make just my wheels flat black?

Damnit, expedition, you cheated

Niteshade for the tails would be nice, but not so much for the headlights. If anything, I'd do what expy PSed in, and get some Harley/Hella/DIY headlights.

Oh yea, tint (at least matching tint) wouldn't be bad, either.
