Tint help????

I am getting my windows tinted next week and I am not sure what percents to get or what will look good. I was thinking 5% on the rear window and 15%-20% on the front windows. Let me know what you think and if you have and suggestions.

Sounds like a good plan to me. The only thing that comes to mind is, with a regular cab and a flat rear window, you will probably get a lot of reflection on the inside of the back window.

I dont think I would go past 35% It is plenty dark enough. I mean I still wear sunglasses during the day sometimes, but at night Im afraid if you went any darker you would have a hard time seeing. I live out in the country so no street lights or anything, but I also have a extra set of lights to help. It's a little tough backing up, but you get used to it, or just roll down your window if you have to haha

I have heard of a guy or 2 on here that had 35% and wanted to go down to 25% but that's to much for me. You can look at my gallery and see how dark it looks looking into the truck, unfortunately I dont have any from inside the truck.

My brother has the same setup on his jeep SRT8 and he loves it as well. He lives in Indianapolis so there are plenty of street lights there. It will take you a few trips to get used to it.

And if post isn't long enough, ha, If you have a moonroof, I suggest getting that done too.

If you want it that dark I'd go with 20, I've seen a few guys run this on Chevy's and they don't complain about it unless it's raining and at night. I'm actually considering doing this to mine and so is another buddy of mine. I just like it really dark.

As far as having 35% and wanting it dark, that would be me. Except I want 20.

Do they even make 25%?
