For all of you poor people(me included) who have to put an ugly tin sign on the front of your truck. I came up with a bracket that will allow you to keep the plate for sake of the law but to also keep that nice looking bumper clean of that nasty piece of plastic. Best of all this mod only cost a couple of bucks. Some scrap steel and some rust-o-leum will work wonders. See the pics...

quite nice but not too effective for us 06 and up guys especially if you have a bumper billet installed.
Ive always wanted a cool flip up james bond style plate.

 

We just used nylon quick mount tabs on Jwool's truck to the trans cooler





I do like your bracket tho, looks pretty sturdy :o
