Fender Flares
Do the make aftermarket fender flare for the 2001-2003 crew cab F150s? I want somthing aggressive looking.

Go with the bushwacker pocket style flares. I am getting a set ASAP.

I dont see why they'd be any different then a extended cab, so i would think that they'd work.
