99-03 Scab owners with Weathertech.

Hey all i got my weather tech beginning of this winter and i never go around to installing the rear mat.
anyway it doesent fit. i looked on the website and it looks to be the same mat i have now.
it problem im having is behind the passender seat is the jack and black box and all of that stuff and it wouldent fit around it. there isent even a space cut out for it.
so how do i get this thing to work, do i need to cut it or something.
