This is how I did mine, sorry if it's confusing:

I assume you're talking about the ones on the bed. The easiest way I've found is to figure out exactly where you want to place it and tape it in place. Put a piece of tape across the top of the decal. Then split the decal in half with a vertical piece of tape going all the way across to also hold it in place.

Now pull back one half of the top piece of tape and tear it off. Take the edge of the decal and pull the cover off to reveal the sticky side. Slowly and carefully press the decal on starting on the free side working towards the middle piece of tape. After you get it pressed on you can pull off the rest of tape. Now pull off the rest of the cover to reveal the other half of the sticky part of the decal. Slowly finish pressing it on by hand working from the middle to the other end. After you've got it all on go over it carefully with a credit card to make sure it's on there good.

edit:
Eh, never mind just saw you said for your emblems. I assume now you mean the inlays (the F-150 lettering for the badges). If so I cut them up individually and took my time placing them on. If you mean the overlays (stickers to go over the F-150 ovals on the front and back of your truck), then just follow their directions and be careful. My front one I did first and it's a little wrinkled because it was difficult to get all the bubbles out. Despite this it's really hard to tell and has held up surprisingly well.

Hey Mblouir those are really good tips.i do plan on doing my fx4 decals but i was talking about the ford logo emblems on the grill and tail gate.I went ahead and did them andd man it was a little trickier than i thought. The front one went on easier than the back with just a tiny bubble by the "F". The tailgate was alot harder and looks like crap my guess is because its alot bigger and at first didnt seem like it was the same size but it was. Looks good but im going to order a different set and maybe a differnt color. Thanks for the tips.

No problem--sorry I was so confusing. Yeah they are tricky to put on but they last a long time.

Spray your emblems with Windex first. This will give you time to adjust, slide the decal exactly in position. Work out ant air bubbles and let dry. I thought they were pretty easy to install.

I used a couple of drops of dish detergent and water in a empty spray bottle. spay the location that you are going to apply the decal and also spray the sticky part of the decal. place and position the decal and use a window tint squeegee or credit card to get air bubbles out.

soapy water or windex. Both work great!

how were you able to get all of the wrinkles out of the overlays?
because the ford emblem is bowl shaped.

I just ordered the decals for the badges on the side of the truck. I was a bit confused though. Is it just individual stickers for the grooved areas or just one big sticker?

The F-150 inlays are all on one big sheet, kind of like a window decal. You can either line it up perfectly and stick it on the badge or you can cut it up into individual letters and put them on. They recommend cutting them into individual strips, which is what I did. I didn't want to chance it not lining it up perfectly or me messing it up. Doing it individually takes more patience but it worth it when you're done.

As far as overlays:
Just keep going over them, working out any air bubbles from the center out as they are drying. I used a MF wrapped around my finger. 5-10 minutes into them drying they become more tacky and don't slide around as much. I kept going back and forth from emblem on my grill to the one on my tailgate until they were both dry and bubble free.

For inlays:
I highly recommend cutting out each letter/number of the inlays, they don't line up perfectly if you try to line them up as one piece.

Where are you guys getting these? I've only found sources for overlays for the front & rear ovals.

And I've wasted a considerable amount of time searching too...
