new paint job + blackout '09 emblems *PICS*

i just picked up my truck from the body shop. i had the whole truck painted due to swirl marks and some scratches. i also painted '09 emblems black! i have more plans for the emblems, just not 100% on what direction im going in with them.. i am working with Patriot Decals with some ideas.
i ordered new flat black and gray FX4 OFFROAD decals for the bed, but i think i like the clean look with out them.

the Niteshades on the taillights adn 3rd brake light are starting to fade from the sun. i will be repainting those also painting the oval emblem on tailgate

the '09 emblems look sick black..

With as much as it must have cost to paint the whole truck, why didn't you just shave the emblems altogether? The truck looks amazing, just curious.

Thumbs up

Loose or paint the chrome exhaust tips if your going blackout, and get ya a smoked license plate cover for the rear, IMHO.

Yeah it shorts weather for sure here in the south, heck I am already running the a/c in my home and my truck too and mowing my lawn once a week.

Looks Sweet man, and is is defiantly short weather right now. If weather permits I'll be spearfishing on the beach of Ft. Lauderdale Friday.

Yeah one thing I'd change would be those exhaust tips.

i was very close to doing that but i have seen a few trucks with them shaved off and i dont like the way the fenders look without the emblem

Does the 09 emblems have pins that line up with the holes on the 04-08's? They look good on your rig painted black. Some joker is trying to get $200.00 for 09 emblems on ebay. Pretty stupid when there are other ones that are supposed to be in the original Ford factory wrapping for $35.95.
