Cool PTM lightning headlights?

so my beam pattern is waaayyyy off even with my new HID's. and i got into the attic got the old stock headlight and put the HID in there and it had a great beam pattern, however, last summer i was driving and lost the passenger headlight some how lol. but i was looking on ebay and i saw some black lightning style headlights and i was wondering if you could PTM the black to maroon by taping and taking the lenses off. and also my corners. i have seen the same headlights on someone truck on here and i cant find it again. and it has a real nice cutoff with is HID's. that would be soo cool to have PTM heads and corners!!! very unique, which is the look im always looking for. and i drew out a completely BADASS hood w/ 3 hood scoops during english class today lol.

the only thing i can tell you about this is, that most aftermarket heads/corner lights are much tougher to get apart then the stock lights. the glue does not soften up when heated like doing oem units. you may be better off to keep looking on ebay.craigslist etc until you can find a oem set of lightning lights to take apart and ptm

i'm not sure it's definitely a unique look, i seen a red truck like mine done it looks ok but not my cup of tea, try making a thread asking someone to do a photoshop of both black lights and ptm, then decide for yourself, ultimately it's your truck and you have to see it everyday. could be bad or good
