yes it has the blue strip. but also im 6'6" so the eyebrow tends to block more vision then it aids in my case....

I actually also had the review mirror mount moved up about 3" to get the mirror further out of my line of site.

really old picture, but you can see that the mirror is moved up as far as i could get it to go

 

I'm 6'1" so the strip wouldn't bother me, but I've had to move mirrors up a few times like that. They put them straight in my line of sight, and blocks out the road on a right turn.

 

yea worst for me is parking lots when im driving down the main isle and i cant see a car sitting in one of the parking rows....

maybe i cant stand them after i drove my friends chevy and his was about 9" down in the corners, so about 1/4 of the window was "eyebrow"
