Prettiest F150 color ever ???
Well, most of you have probably heard me saying how much I love my Stone Green..... and it was really the only color that worked well with my boat, that was being offered in an 08' XLT, anyway. So again, no regrets.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ That said, I think the prettiest stand alone color for an F150, ever offered by Ford, was "Chesnut" offered on the King Ranches in, I think around 06-07 ? They looked freaking beautiful as a two tone, with the Desert Sand rockers too. Just totally classy. Nice looking in town, or in front of the mall (which my truck is NOT)..... and this color makes chrome still "acceptable" too :-) LOL Oh, and then back in about 03' or 04', they had this color called Medium Sage Green (at least on the F250 / 350's) ! That was freaking sweeter than $#!+ too ! Maybe my pick for a 4wd, and / or outdoors'y kind of truck. So, do you think you "have" the prettiest color Ford ever made ? :-) ....or if not, which color do you think that was ? Just curious, Fish |
My favorites are Dark Toreador Red, True Blue, and Dark Shadow Gray.

I'm biased, obviously, but I think black is the best looking color for any vehicle. You can run so many different themes with black and still make it look good.

I personally like mine the best, reason is i have seen many ford f150 but i have never seen a truck that is the dark blue like mine, ive seen the light blues butter never the dark blue like mine, makes it different.Heres a pic

I love my dark blue. You dont see this color that much.

I like the dark blue. always leaned toward silver, but my favorite is black. always swear i'll never have another black car or truck, but always wind up with one. this one will make number 5 in black for me

I love the black/Arizona color scheme, I think it was only available on the King Ranch. Such a sexy color.

The best looking paint scheme that I think Ford ever put out, I have never seen on an F-150. It is that maroon over black. I have seen it more on the 97 body style. I think it is soooooo sharp.

Oh and yes, who 'doesn't like' a "clean" black vehicle ? On the other hand, who 'does like', trying to keep a black vehicle clean ? Hey thenewbreed, obviously I like your Stone Green F150..... even with the chrome :-) In fact, if a guy just had to have chrome, I think Stone Green works as well, or better with it, than just about any other color 08' Ford F150 color. honestly i think white on almost any car or truck cant be beat, but i like black but its a hassle to keep clean. i also like stone green like fish's and bright silver

ATOM, I actually don't have any problem with "pretty trucks" either.... But on the 'opposite' hand, you see my truck :-) Certainly never meant to be pretty, but I love it just the same :-)

DSG hands down!! Its a shame ford pulled that color! I would have bought a 05 mustang when they came out if they offered DSG. Instead they replaced it w/ the ugliest color known to man kind mineral grey!

Deep Wedgewood Blue I liked this color the first time I saw it Almost 6 years later I got it :thumbsup: It can look Blue, Purpleish <sp> and black all depending on the lighting

if white weren't so overused (fleets, police, etc) it would be a nice color to mix and match things with. but my fav. Ford color is that yellow they have. I saw a NBS FX2 with yellow and a yellow suzuki in the back and i couldnt help but :drool: |

a detailed black truck is hands down sexy
however dad used to have a 02 True Blue/grey two tone FX4 screw that i really liked |

Dark Shadow Gray is a nice color. To me it looks like a "truck color"... not flashy bling bling..... just nice and tough.
