Its missing something...

Well after making my last round of appearance mods Im ready for another. Ive been looking at my truck and the sides just seem to be lacking something. My first option is the roush rocker panel decals. The main area I feel needs detail is the wheel wells. I dont want to lower my ride hieght even though it would look good lowered and if anything I'd level it by raising the front but it just looks like it needs a better transition instead of just a plain edge while still maintaining a sport look. Its hard to tell from the angled pics I have so I will get some pictures from the side tomorow where you can see what I mean. Any suggestions at all would be appreciated.

There's no such thing as a lifted sport truck, so grab some 2" drop shackles if you're really trying to imitate an FX2.
Paint the mirror caps and all the handles too.
Tint
Check out PatriotDecals.com for badge and oval inlays, they're really sweet.
Tonneau Cover maybe?
New rims and tires would give you the biggest visual difference.
New tail lights if you haven't already.

Just throwing out some suggestions.

Drop it a little and give it a nice stance. It will not only look better but handle better too.

Wheels are just out of my price range which is why I settled for the deal on FX2's. As far as PTM stuff idk because Im kinda going for the red and black theme. What do you think about PTM fender flares? Like I said the wheel wells just have to big of a radius for 18's to fill up alone no matter what the hieght.

Betcha a thousand bucks I can go around corners faster.
Sport to me means a "sporty" driving characteristic if that makes sense. More of a street machine in a way. I still like lifted trucks a lot and offroading, but it just wasn't for me.

Plus with those big *** tires and lift on that thing I'd have a legit shot at winning a race, because I have exhaust, intake, and a custom tune.

If you drop it some the wheel wells will seem more filled up trust me, my tires are barely an inch greater in diameter than stock ones.

Nice stance on your truck. A lowered truck can handle better in the turns than a lifted truck, I know I can.

Thanks
That's definitely true, there's even a huge difference in handling going from stock height to lowered also. Plus better suspension characteristics. My rear end is basically air ride since my airbag assist kit is taking the majority of the weight, (gotta love on-the-fly adjustable rear end stiffness and ride height), and the front is stiffer with the harder springs.

By the way, that's an EXTREMELY nice looking truck you've got there.

Thanks, I also added Slam-Air air bags to my truck to raise the rear end up when I haul my dirt bike out to the riding areas. I have Hotchkiss Performance sway bars and other suspension goodies on it and my truck hauls *** on the back roads. With the supercharged power all I have to do is give it a little throttle and I can throttle steer it around the corners. Nothing like going sideways in a controlled power-slide to wake up the passengers. Below is a shot with my dirt bike on the back. I can cruise at eighty with the bike on the back with no problems.

Street riding got old for me, but then again I've just always been on the dirt so Im going to be a little partial. Regardless I love anything with 2 wheels, nice bikes and truck.

I love the dirt more than the street. I started dirt bike riding when I was ten and have never stopped. Where I ride it's like God's country, and sometimes I have the whole mountain to myself.
